Who We Are and What We Do:

How It All Started:

Hi, my name is James Brown I am the CEO and founder of JB Top Financial Solutions, where we help you receive funds that are owed to you. When I was in my teenage years, a family member of mine lost the home that I grew up in due to foreclosure, but more specifically taxes. The government then ended up selling their house for more money than what they owed for taxes. This meant that the government would owe them the difference of what they sold the house at, to the remaining amount of taxes that were not paid. In knowing how much they lost the house for and seeing how much the house was sold at, I was curious as to where the difference went. As I got older, I began to learn about this process and where the extra monies went. My original goal was to help my family member retrieve what should have been given to them. Now, my main goal is to help other families in similar situations retrieve the money that is owed to them, that they might not necessarily know about. 

Now that I have become a sub-contractor with the government, I make calls informing people of monies that is owed to them. With a simple assignment-contract, that allows me to work directly with the government, I can help you retrieve your funds!
